Abstract

This report is a condensatlon of transcriptions made of proceed. ings of two joint seminars held in 1968. During the course of the next two or three years, members of the seminar hope to consider a number of significant issues which are likely to have major impacts upon Utah farmers and ranchers. In this way important issues will be brought to the attention of a larger number of people and it is possible that viable policy alternatives may be uncovered.
