The Intermountain Herbarium of Utah State University collects and preserves a variety of plant specimens in order to learn more about them. Some of the plant species collected here include fungi, lichens, bryophytes, Utah specimens, vascular plants, and more. In addition to its vast collection, the Intermountain Herbarium provides learning programs for students of all ages as well as guides and identification resources for the public. Through the Intermountain Herbarium, people can learn more about the plant life that grows in Utah and around the world.
