Description

The current hydrologic forecast for March 2008 calls for above normal runoff for the majority of Utah. This presentation will review the physical inputs that are addressed when making the forecast. They include precipitation, soil moisture, temperature, snowpack, and overall weather patterns past current and future. Essentially at this time, we will address the current flood potential for Utah and possible scenarios as the spring weather conditions evolve.
