Project 90-A Study of Factors Influencing the Financial Condition of Certain Utah Irrigation and Drainage Projects-has been Conducted cooperatively since 1928 by four different departments, each represented by a man in charge of one phase of the problem. These four department representatives have constituted a committee in immediate charge of this project, guided by the Station Director.
