Abstract

While keeping bees is beneficial for many reasons, one of the most notable benefits is producing honey and wax, which have many practical uses. This fact sheet provides information on honey's properties and how to make creamed honey to control crystallization. It also provides instructions on how to make skincare and various food products using honey.
