An Inservice Training Model to Encourage Collaborative Consultation

Inservice training incorporating a collaborative approach to problem solving is one step in helping educators to assist one another. In the training model described here, participating teachers developed and implemented procedures to address students' learning and behavior problems in regular classrooms. Model procedures and content are discussed.
