QUESTION: Please state your name and residence address. ANSWER: Jay C. Andersen; 2480 North 1300 East, Logan, Utah. QUESTION: What is your occupation? ANSWER: I am a professor of agricultural economics and head of the Department of Economics of Utah State University. My teaching assignments have been senior and graduate courses in resource economics. QUESTION: What is your educational background in your professional field? ANSWER: I received a Bachelor of Science Degree, with a major in Agricultural Economics and a minor in Economics, from Utah State University in 1953; a Master of Science Degree, with a major in Economics, from Utah State University, in 1958; and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree with a major in Agricultural Economics from Iowa State University in 1962.
