Abstract
Developing a reasonable and reliable Agriculture Envi ronmental Management System (AEMS) includes a number of situations that require documentation (Harrison, 2002). However, to convince a regulatory inspector that an operation is complying with its legal and regulatory aspects, an operator may be required to submit additional documentation. Situations that demand both required and recommended documentation include record keeping as part of the Comprehensive Nutr ient Management Plan (CNMP) and statutory report requirements within Utah Pollution Discharge Elimination System (UPDES) permits.
