Quality in the Boardroom and on the Shop Floor: A Survey of Contemporary Quality Practice
Abstract
This article describes an empirical study of current quality practices in the United States and identifies relationships between the extent to which various quality practices are used and their impact on corporate performance. Data were collected from practicing quality managers from a broad spectrum of industries.
