Abstract
Given the beauty of Utah’s mountains and deserts, its strong economy, thriving arts community, and range of urban and rural living environments, the state has much to offer Utahns. In terms of overall quality of life, WalletHub’s most recent rankings place Utah eighth among the states—second in education and health, and sixth in affordability.1 The state’s WalletHub ranking peaked at 4th in 2024,2 but Utah hovers among the top 10 best states to live.
