Abstract
A previous bulletin of this station gives the results of an experiment on the irrigation of sugar-beets continuing for five years. Since this experiment was deemed of sufficient importance to merit our best attention and since the climatic conditions which largely determine what is the best irrigation practice may not for so short a period properly represent the average of the community, it was thought advisable to continue the experiment, with certain modifications, for an additional five years. This bulletin reports the results of these last 5-years' work together with such general conclusions as can be drawn from the entire experiment.
