USU Libraries

The embargo form has moved to ServiceNow. Fill out the Embargo Request form on the graduate school website.

USU is committed to the open dissemination of knowledge and thus requires that theses and dissertations be submitted to UMI/ProQuest and to DigitalCommons@USU. In rare cases, the document may be embargoed for five years after graduation. Embargo of a thesis or dissertation must be approved by the advisor, the department head, and the Vice Provost.

You must also submit a physical copy of your paper to the library in order to complete the library requirement. If you do not complete the library requirement, your degree will not be awarded.

Please contact digitalcommons@usu.edu with any questions.
