Abstract
My purpose is to identify what creates achievement and success for students through research in various sources. I believe that achievement is a byproduct of self belief and that there is great power in that aspect. I plan to demonstrate various areas of which influence achievement through a growth mindset. Such as self talk, perspective, examples of becoming stronger through challenges such as, when broken bones heal they become stronger. I truly believe that exploring this subject and making it known and available to others will make a difference in their level of success and fulfillment. This is a topic everyone can relate to and will find fascinating. My hope is that this information I share will help them better their personal lives and give them the confidence they need to succeed and ultimately become who they have always dreamed to be. The fact is that their dream can become a reality if they will apply the concepts and ideas I research.
