Point of Discovery/Informant Bio
Ryan Tippetts is my older sister’s boyfriend. He is 27 years old and grew up in Idaho Falls and then moved to St. George, Utah. He now lives in Provo, Utah. He works as a salesman. And I’ve had multiple encounters with him, but don’t have a very familiar relationship with him.
I interviewed Ryan in my parents living room. It was a casual environment, there was a Hallmark Christmas moving playing on the tv in the background. My parents, girlfriend, and older sister were there listening in. Ryan absolutely believed in this ghost that would aunt this warehouse after his experiences. Ryan had said that only guys had seen her, and even workers would never come back. It’s a scary looking warehouse. Ryan says her name is Lucille and she was the manager of the warehouse. Ryan told as many people as he could in the warehouse, spreading the story even further.
It’s a long story, it started off, the year was 2009. I was working in a warehouse, and I was what was called the picker for the warehouse, so I would get the food from the warehouse and I would set it on the pallets so the truck drivers could take it in the morning. My aunt was helping me but she had to be back at like 4 in the morning so at like 10 she went home. And like at midnight I was coming out of this room and in the corner of my eye I see my aunt at the top of the stairs in this kinda loft area, we have more stuff up there but we don’t go there very often, and what the heck is she doing here, so I look back up there to ask what’s she’s doing, all of a sudden, she’s gone so that’s weird, and I finish my pick and go home for the night. Next morning, I see her at like 7 and I was like “oh did you come back in to work last night” she was like “no what are you talking about” I was like “you weren’t there at midnight” and she said, “no I was home all night” so I was kinda looking at her weird. And she was like “oh you saw her!” I was like “saw her?” come to find out this place is haunted, so everyone says. We actually just found out last week they have a history museum that’s like three doors down from this warehouse and they heard about it and set up cameras in this place. And setup all this ghost catching stuff. And it was like legit actually haunted. They had pictures of the ghost, like on video and everything. So I worked in a haunted warehouse for 5 months. She would always like…one time we were working in a different room and listening to a cd and all of a sudden the cd player turned off, so I thought the cord had fallen out of the outlet, cuz it was an old outlet, so I went over there so the cd player was switched off. So it kept turning off. I thought the milk man Terry was playing a joke on me. But the cd would switch over to the radio and radio channels. And I left pretty quick and that’s about when I quick.
Ryan told this story like anyone would expect anybody to tell a scary story. His tone was very low and it was he told it like he very much believed it himself. He told it like maybe I wouldn’t believe him, but he definitely believed in it himself. He said that he has told many people this story. It seemed as if he could tell this story in any setting.
