Abstract
The Hardman Family owns a historic barn located on the West side of Mendon City backed by the scenic Wellsville Mountains. The barn is currently in a dilapidated condition and is likely to collapse at any time. The Hardmans would like to evaluate the feasibility of reconstructing the barn with the goal of retaining the original barn’s aesthetic value. The reconstructed barn would serve as an events center that would be rented out as a source of income for the family.
