Description
The link between science and on-the-ground practice is often not as easy to apply as scientists and stakeholders would believe. I will discuss approaches to the knowledge transfer process and a key lesson for researchers that suggest knowledge transfer should focus less on delivering specific knowledge and more on developing and strengthening networks with community members, practitioners and scientists.
