DifferentialGeometry Software Project

DifferentialGeometry Software Project

The DifferentialGeometry Software Project uses the Maple Mathematics engine to symbolically perform fundamental operations of calculus on manifolds, differential geometry, tensor calculus, Lie algebras, Lie groups, transformation groups, jet spaces, and variational calculus. This software was created by Utah State University’s Ian M. Anderson along with other colleagues and students. It has also received support with grants from the National Science Foundation. With DifferentialGeometry, users can utilize numerous commands and operations in order to create needed calculations.
