Students are experiencing a high rate of emotional, health and ability challenges. Effective teaching can lose its sparkle if students aren't capable of fully participating in the learning environment. Teaching with mentorship in mind helps educators to connect with students meaningfully, model emotional wellbeing, and create environments for effective learning. This course will review strategies for teaching students with challenges and demonstrate techniques that facilitate mentorship and connection.
