Abstract
This volume, part of Sense Publishers’ International Technology Education Series, is a collection of 16 presentations from the 2009 Pupils’ Attitudes Towards Technology (PATT) conference held in Delft, The Netherlands. The papers in this compilation have been reviewed and revised since their presentation at the conference, but most of them retain the relatively informal flavor of conference presentations. The papers rely heavily upon work completed by the authors in their respective settings, so the reader gets a sense of their personal experiences in program development, implementation, and research in the countries represented in the volume. It is fortunate that the authors have had access to each others’ work as the presentations were developed for publication; consequently, a number of useful cross references are provided to help readers integrate their understandings.
