Abstract
This completion report provides evidence that the final Salt Lake City, Utah, processing site property conditions are in accordance with the approved design and that all U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards have been satisfied. Included as appendixes to support the stated conclusions are the record drawings; a summary of grid test results; contract specifications and construction drawings and the EPA standards (40 CFR Part 192); the audit, inspection, and surveillance summary; the permit information; and project photographs.
