Abstract
Dr. Heidi Wengreen and Dr. Jen Day created a sports nutrition knowledge survey from the new Academy nutrition statement for sports nutrition. The survey was given to student athletes at USU and to students of Dr. Korrie Hintze's sports nutrition class after finishing the course. My question is if the athletes knowledge of sports nutrition is correlated with their habits of general nutrition as measured by Food Frequency Questionnaire showing fruit and vegetable intake along with skin carotenoid scores which are an accepted measure of fruit and vegetable intake.
