Abstract
Natural products have a variety of biological activities. Quercetin, Berberine and Resveratrol are natural products that act as antioxidants. These natural products are taken as medicine for a variety of health conditions. Probiotics are taken to improve digestive health. This research was screening the interaction between the two to see if the probiotics were stimulated by or if they could metabolize the natural products. Presentation Time: Thursday, 12-1 p.m.
