The layout of this office design focuses heavily on the employee experience. “87% of workers would like their employer to offer healthier workspace benefits”. Intentional interior design will change the way you feel in a space. The traditional office space with cubicles is a thing of the past. Collaborative and flexible workspaces are in. Not all employees are created alike. The goal of this design was to cater to the needs of all of the employees. Individuals the prefer to be alone can find quiet spaces to work individually. On the other hand, employees who thrive in social and collaborative environments can work in a huddle or conference room to share ideas and problem-solve. Designing a workplace with a variety of workspace types increases productivity by enabling employees to work in an environment that best suits their desires and needs.
