Abstract

The challenging and windy road that was the mixture of american and mexican cultures created many ripples in the history books. Families finding themselves in new countries by ways of war, land grabs, and danger continued to do what the Mexican culture does best; proper against all odds. The identity collaboration of mexican families in american cultures is none more apparent in one of the world's favorite foods. The challenge we face today, is whether to go for seconds.
