Abstract
Fast and accurate reactions are crucial for fall prevention. The ReacStick measures reaction accuracy by requiring immediate motor responses without delay. This study compared the effects of aquatic and land-based catching and throwing exercise on reaction accuracy to explore effective fall prevention training methods.
