Abstract
The character of Robin Hood is familiar to all of us, but it is difficult to pinpoint exactly who the man is. When considering Robin Hood, an image from film likely comes to mind. While Robin Hood certainly did not originate in the medium, cinema continues to solidify his legacy as one of the most enduring figures in Western media.
