Description

Concerns about the impacts of global warming, rapid growth and purported over estimates of our historic water supply point to making water a limiting factor in planning for the future. What are the water supply options? What role does water conservation play and what about the need to maintain quality of life issues including those associated with our environment? With increasing controversy over competing uses for water and its limited quantity and quality we can no longer look at solutions to water issues in isolation. We must be thinking about what else happen because of what we do or do not do.
