Abstract
Panelists will be challenged to offer and defend their opinions on the utility of small space missions, the metrics by which they should be measured, and the areas of application that are best suited to smaller space systems. Panel members will be asked to comment on the challenges associated with education, science & exploration, responsive space, technology development, and commercial missions.
