Abstract
Space Object Surveillance System
- Hanwha Systems’ Next Generation Satellite Laser Ranging (NGSLR) uses the turnaround time of laser emitted from the ground to measure precise distance of satellites or space objects.
- It is also capable of precise orbit prediction and active response by utilizing high-energy laser.
Verification Satellite
- CubeSat HYVRID is made to operate as a target satellite of the NGSLR system, verifying the laser ranging, precise orbit prediction, and active response technology.
- GPS raw data
- laser detection data
- images captured before-and-after active response
