Abstract
Objective:
Develop and optimize a reduced order spring-mass-damper (SMD) analogue of propellant slosh using computational fluid dynamic (CFD) analysis. Evaluate the efficacy of generating feedforward compensation terms using the SMD model to improve attitude control performance during rapid spacecraft slews.
