Description
The goal of this study is to analyze black hole phase spaces by using a small, electromagnetically dominated perturbation near a resonant gravitational saddle; then, a unique decomposition of the asymptotic perturbation states (a vaccuum solution tower) could be used to index perturbatively stable phase-volumes and, in turn, to construct asymptotically interactive channels (perturbative black hole dynamics).
