Point of Discovery/Informant Bio
Renee Brewster is my sister. She was born in 1995 (22 years old) in Kalamunda, Western Australia, Australia. Renee currently lives in Melbourne, Australia. She is a pat time college student studying sport science and sport and recreation management. Renee works at a recreation centre/fitness centre as a customer service manager.
Context
Renee and I were texting on our phones via Facebook messenger, which is our most common form of communication. When I collected the folklore from Renee she was at home in Melbourne and I was sitting in my hotel room in Maui, Hawaii. Renee sending me the meme was basically how is it used in context except for the fact that I asked her to send it to me. Usually she will just send them to me randomly and I can receive them wherever, whenever and around whoever.
Text
(See Attached Picture)
"this is one of my favorite memes because it is so relatable to me haha!----There is
like...more than two times a day where I think the same thing that this meme says"
Texture
Renee shares memes that are either funny to her or that are very relatable to her. I can interpret from our conversation that she is happy to share memes and memes are something that excites her.
