Abstract
White Mountain Apache/Navajo executive chef Nephi Craig provides a culinary overview to better understand the state of indigenous food culture. Along this culinary journey, Nephi will demonstrate the making of Three Sisters, a dish of corn, beans, and squash, three very important Indigenous cultivars.
