A leaflet from the NVA was discovered in Vietnam in 1970 during the war and brought back to Utah. The participant found the anti-war propaganda from the NVA to be perplexing. "I remember thinking, '...what American is going to give up to [become] a communist?'" Remarking on the confusion and skepticism prevalent during the war period.
