Description

TimelineJS is a free tool that allows you and your students to create beautiful, collaborative digital timelines. Traditionally used to create chronological timelines for history or journalism projects, this tool can be customized to build student-created, collaborative study guides, digital exhibits, and storyboards across a variety of disciplines, including the humanities, information literacy, education, and even the sciences. This workshop will provide a demonstration of how to use and set up the tool in your classroom, along with an overview of several TimelineJS assignments. The session will conclude with a brainstorming session of how to incorporate TimelineJS across the disciplines.
