Description

When I first started teaching last fall I had no idea what I was doing. I didn’t have a degree or training in education, I’d never assisted in a class and I’d never even helped grade papers. I was terrified. Fast forward a year and I’ve since been hired as a full-time lecturer and I absolutely love being in the classroom. For this session, I’d like to cover feelings of imposter syndrome, important resources to help you feel supported, and general tips and tricks I learned that helped me make the transition from pupil to teacher – and feel confident doing it!
