This presentation and following discussion will cover the role of higher education administrators in providing support to and fostering the success of college students. By examining the activities, roles, and relationships of successful college students, we will uncover the significant impact administrators can have on shaping higher education experiences. We will then examine current administrative obstacles faced by students and how administrators can better serve students through policy implementation and active practice. Finally, we will take a look at sustainable, collaborative ways to build a more supportive campus culture overall.
