Abstract
The purpose of this project is to provide Bear River City and the surrounding communities with viable options and development strategies for future growth. Studies have been developed for Bear River City and the surrounding area, focusing primarily on the riparian areas of the Bear River and Malad Creek. Studies have also been completed to show possible greenway corridors, trail systems, incentives for agricultural land protection, regional context planning, and various implementation strategies.
