Abstract
The National Latinx Psychological Association (NLPA) was established in 2002. These ethical guidelines were adopted January 1, 2018. This document is by Latinxs for Latinx psychologists and those working with Latinx populations. The ethical guidelines are relational and contain 9 principles: respect and responsibility, ethical dilemmas, ethical decision-making and legal responsibility, consultation, justice and advocacy, self-awareness and social consciousness, action and accountability, training and creating infrastructure, and mentorship. These guidelines provide an articulation of important values of the NLPA and how values are enacted in the context of psychologists' many roles.
