Utah Water Research Laboratory

The Utah Water Research Laboratory (UWRL) is a research facility located at Utah State University (USU) on the Logan River, Logan, Utah. UWRL faculty, staff, and students conduct practical research in the State of Utah, the nation, and the world directed at generating knowledge for solving water-related problems, informing water policy and management, and training the next generation of water experts. As part of Utah State University, the UWRL collaborates with government and private sectors to address technical and societal aspects of water-related issues. It is home to state-of-the-art hydraulics and environmental quality laboratories and a base for field and computational water-related research.
